HMO
This report is one of several ways the Office of Public Insurance Counsel (OPIC)
reports on care provided to the insured population enrolled in commercial HMOs.
It provides information related to the quality of health care services received
by the members of commercial basic service HMOs licensed to do business in Texas.
The term Commercial HMO refers to HMOs available for purchase by employers and individuals.
